But yes, we've got a stability fix going into the game tonight for a mini maintenance.
The second update for the Holidays won't come until next week, in which we also hope to see some additional bug fixes, but it'll be right in time for the 400% EXP/GP weekend!

The Boy With a Dream - By .yarrH
It was the night of the 16th of December 2010, this was night was important for Andrew, a regular Cross Fire player, all he dreamed of what to get the XMAS AWM which was a suspicion to come in to the game with that nights patch. Andrew had high hopes for the patch, he turned off his night light and gazed at the stars at 10 PM, an hour before the patch was implemented.
That night Andrew had a marvelous dream... he dreamed about winning the AWM XMAS and the Desert Eagle XMAS however once he woke up, he was upset that it was only just a dream. He ran downstairs, checked his mothers credit card, too see if she had gone over her monthly use but he she hadn't. Andrews mother was a top lawyer in the United States of America, she worked from dawn to sunset, even in the summer, on that day she had set off at 6 AM for a murder trial, in which she would receive a lot of money from, and Andrew knew all about this, he though that if he bought 200K ZP she wouldn't notice as she is so wealthy.
Andrew ran back up stairs, turned on his fantasist new laptop which he had receive just months before, he loaded the patcher for Cross Fire and watched it patch slowly but surely. It took 20 minutes to patch, by this time he had already bought 200K ZP and was bragging about it in the forums.
He put in his account details and he sat there whilst glaring at the beautiful login screen, he finally pressed login and went straight to the Black Market, right before his eyes were the "Amazing XMAS crates", inside were the weapons he had dreamed about the night before, however he only thought that there was only going to be two permanent weapons in the Amazing XMAS crates, however there was four... The AK 47, MP5, Desert Eagle and AWM XMAS.
Andrew purchased his first hundred XMAS crates, and spun them, by his surprise he won a gun he didn't even want or will never use... the MP5 XMAS, he was furious. He spun the rest of the hundred and saw the DE XMAS four times, he then later went on and bought one hundred more, and once again on his first crate, he was taunted by the AWM XMAS by being one spot off of it. At this point he was so furious he was crying, he thought to himself that the game is fixed. Andrew finished his crates and didn't win another gun, his mood had changed from furious to rage.
Four days later Andrew was asked what he wanted from Santa for Christmas, he said "I want the whole of my family to buy me PaySafeCards so I can play this game" his mother responded "Ok son, I will tell them to do so..."
It was Christmas Eve, his mother gifted his behavior with 100k ZP as he was on good behavior whilst she was at work, and his father fighting in the Iraq war. He bought 50 crates this time and tested his Christmas, and by his surprised he won the D-E XMAS! He was amazed, he loved his mother more than he ever had before. He came on the forums and bragged about his winnings, with his other 50k he bought EXP+ items and spun a few MG crates and by his surprise he never won, he didn't mind.
Christmas day came, he received $100 worth of PaySafeCards from his family, and deposited his money in to ZP, he bought 100 more crates and won nothing but GP, he was a little angry that he didn't win the AWM but he was still excited that he won the DE-XMAS.
Two years later... Andrew was now living with his girlfriend and was a addicted gambler (Black Market) he usually deposited 100k a week, he was working as a lawyer in his mothers lawyer firm, so he could easily afford much more ZP. It was the night of the 19th of December 2012, the Christmas patch was hours away, and so was the world, as Andrew had believed in the Mayan prophecy for a while now he decided to deposit ONE MILLION ZP. He knew that the AWM-XMAS was returning so he thought to himself he would win it this time... He logged on straight after the patch, bought 500 XMAS crates, on his first crate he won the Shovel, he laughed at the screen but felt like he was dying inside...
499 more crates had past and he saw the AWM XMAS 49 times in all, he believe this was a visual glitch, however he wasn't sure. It was the 20th now, 5AM he was asleep and his girlfriend had logged on to his account to see that he had 570k ZP left over. She spun 50 crates for him and won the M14 XMAS, she thought he was going to thank her, but that wasn't the case... She was raged towards with vulgar language, Andrew wasn't normally a voilent speaker however he let the side of him, which no one had ever seen before, come out.
482 crates later Andrew had enough, he had 28 more crates left and decided to let his niece spin his final crates, and she won! She won the AWM XMAS but Andrew wasn't there... He was in his final court case of the year, he was happy to get it over, it finished and he got into his car, he said to himself joyfully "I hope I've won the gun, this could be my final chance...", but then a previous victim from a court case came up to him, which was against policy, and in this case he hadn't won, the woman walked up to his car window, pulled out a gun and killed Andrew...
Andrew never knew he had the AWM-XMAS... Old dreams die hard.
If you read it, I am sorry for such a bad read... I thought about the story whilst I was farming, took about 30-40 minutes to write up and adjust some stuff.
