My main account got hacked

There is no account support available on the forum. You will need to wait for a reply to your ticket. Keep in mind that account security is ultimately your responsibility. Nobody "hacked" the company server to get both your login name AND password. Either you have a keylogger on your computer, or you gave the information to someone.
