We have fixed some problems with the following 3 ribbons. Read below for the explanation:
Revival of the Fittest
We discovered an issue with tracking the real time inventory count of Revive Tokens rather than the purchase history. This has been corrected and everyone who has purchased the proper amount of tokens (1000) will get the ribbon as intended and the ribbon should be functioning.
Mr. Saidin, I still do not have this ribbon in my profile. I did a review in my ZP log and I already complete the 1k revivals, do I need to raise a support ticket? I did finished the 1k revivals on Dec-7-2012 -

We have tracked a problem with these ribbons which were not calculating HMX soldier or mutant side wins beyond 30 days. What this meant was that if you completed the challenge within a 30 day window you would get the ribbon as intended. But if it took you longer than 30 days then the records on your account would start to get out of synch and potentially messed up. This caused you not to get the ribbon.
This has been fixed now, however as a result of the fix we can only start to track the games properly after today. This means that previous records beyond 30 days cannot be calculated and you will have to start the progress over for these ribbons.
We do apologize for this inconvenience, however you can be rest assured that the ribbon is working as intended now and should be no problem to achieve over time!
So now i have to do the 100 Soldier and Mutant wins again if i haven't played them in last 30 days?
Only wins in the last 30 days will count now? or am i missing something?
If it does mean that i have to do 100 Soldier / Mutant AGAIN to get the ribbon, well that just blows imo. -

Yes that is exsactly what it means... -.- and your not alone about those thoughts.. I have completed both of these over the months, the event has been running and wrote down how many of each i did and did past 100 of each. Then wrote to support asking what happend with my ribbons and their reply was: We are unable to give you the exact number of wins you currently have, but rest assured, once you are eligible you will receive the ribbon... But guess not >.< -

Well that blows
Surely Z8 will give us 20 / 30 / 40 wins on each as a start, after all it is their screw up -.-
2 ribbons i don't think i'll be bothering with for a while, HMX is tedious to say the least and to have to go through all that again sucks.
Come on Z8 at least throw us a bone here, it's your screw up. Look what happened with the ghost and guns glitch, you bent the rules massively for that 1.

yup they gone.. same is mine so i basically made maybe 5 hmx games (soldier wins ) in the last 30 days but before that well over 100 in both sides.. so it all starts over again -.- -

These have been updated to include the latest weapons from the last 2 updates. We are still tracking these ribbons for errors to make sure that all the proper weapons are being calculated.
i have 16 guns and support didn't do anything
