Finding CF Files

When ever I am trying to find the CF Files there is only the Crossfire Application and not the other stuff such as the "characters, item, music, etc", was wondering where can I find these type of things from the CF Files because I was trying to do shadows.

But shadows gives a lot of errors to people including myself...
IF it gives you unexpected errors, redo the value change and it should be fine.
