Searching for an EU/UK clan

I'm looking for a clan that plays in the UK servers, that speaks English, I don't mind if it's a general EU clan or mainly UK players. I'm from England, so it'd be nice to play with some other English guys :)

Let's get this out of the way I'm 15 years of age. Since most 15 year old's are total idiots, you're probably thinking I am too. You're wrong, but each to their own ;)

I'd like to mention I've been in a clan that was way too big. I stuck with them for a couple of months, but I preferred the days when I used to play for a smaller clan, which sadly became inactive. I mainly didn't like the large clan theme, because 80 - 90 members is too much and didn't like playing with only 20% of the clan, because it meant constantly ****ing around with the 80% I don't know/like.
I'm looking at clans where everyone knows everyone, I guess you could say a 'tight-knit' group of around 30ish but I'll consider anything up to 50 members.

Finally, I'm not looking for a 'try-hard' clan or anything, but I will say that I am looking for a clan that likes to do clan wars pretty much daily, and that use a few strategies and have decent game sense. I'm looking for a clan that uses and requires voice communication, like TeamSpeak, Ventrilo or Mumble etc. If you didn't guess, I'm looking for an S&D clan :)
