I highly suggest you guys implement a locking system, which would be used to freeze accounts who's holders cannot speak English.

Google Translate is not a recommended program, so meh.

Even if, it could be:
1) Warning
2) Locked

Would lower the amount of idiocy and arrogance in this forum.

Please expand on your definition of 'Locked'. You mean like: Not able to post, but able to view. Not able to do either?

google translations is an occupational hazard when lurking a forum with members from all over the world

not really a problem for the small stuff they usually produce.
would be more of a problem with regulars who do it, but that hasn't happened yet.
they usually give up too soon to become regulars.


people who insist on foreign languages get warned and banned (locked..) already so..

Just thinking out of the box here but: They could possibly be able to read English and get the general gist of it. But not be able to fluently type it?

I said, if they couldn't speak (type) English, they shouldn't be able to read.. Not what you thought I said.

i read several languages but couldn't make myself understood in most of them.
same with most people for whom english isn't a top priority.
they read and understand but need google translate to communicate properly.

you can read the forum without logging in so any account restrictions are useless in that regard
theres no way to actually test it either so..

not to mention the nasty racist undertone of "if you can't speak english, go hide in a corner".


locked is just another word for banned, unless you mean something else with locked that you're yet to explain.

I would go into a deep explanation, but idgaf... It was a suggestion, flawed, but thrown together with an overall idea in little time, and not thought out as much as it should have been.
