Casual veteran looking for clan

Ello I'm looking for a new clan. I like to snipe and use the Winchester. I have a 1.8 K/D. I'm 15 years old and have been playing crossfire for about 2 1/2 years. I just want a clan that will allow me to casually cw without the need for a team speak or vent. Don't care about size or skill of clan, but NA clan is preferred.
