CrossFire LAN Information - March 2013
Seeing how I am getting xFires and PM's about the same thing over and over again, here is a little run down of what we have so far so you know.
1 - The LAN is no longer apart of LAN ETS. We will be hosting the LAN in Toronto, Ontario hopefully in March 2013. The switch was made due to the price LAN ETS was going to charge just to have a CrossFire Area in their environment and we would like to see most of the money go towards prizes and helping with accommodations.
2 - We do have sponsors but don't want to release them just yet as a couple of them are uncertain that they will actually sponsor it in the end. We do have a confirmed main sponsor along with Frost Gaming and funds coming out of my own pocket.
3 - We do not have a confirmed location at this time. We have contact a few LAN Centers throughout the past week and most of them decided not to host it, or they simply don't have proper computers to run CrossFire or even the space for players and those who are helping.
4 - Is this a joke? No.
5 - Are you sure this is not a joke? Yes.
6 - We have a few people helping out at the LAN. Myself (Chase) will be doing most of it by the looks of it unless one of our sponsors attends for the most part. I've got a confirmation from a couple of people who want to attend and help so that is good. If you are going, but instead of playing would like to help, feel free to PM me or FG Jon.
7 - ADDED - Threatening other players is not permitted. If you threaten a player before or at the LAN and we find out about it, you won't be able to enter or participate. Seeing how we know a lot of people talk but actually won't do it, lot of it will be void, but if someone DOES (which I doubt) your kicked out. We have some big guys coming to the LAN to help out so, keep that in mind.

Where is the information?
We'll provide more information as soon as we confirm all the details. Will it be any time soon?
Can't say for sure of when all the confirmed information will be posted. I'd say by the end of the month or before then - depends if our new idea goes to plan with computers and an area. -

LAN is still going. I'm still with FG with the LAN just not doing what I previously did for Jon so I don't technical consider myself management anymore which was Legal Services. Still LAN Coordinator, etc.does this offer come with homemade hotpockets?
