need help with streaming

i have both xsplit (trial ) and obs , i have a account in own3d and twitch but i cant stream properly . With xsplit the quality is quite terrible and i dont know what resolutions and settings to use , on obs i cant have the screen properly in the middel and somehow its kind of bugged . please can someone give me a proper streaming tutorial.

I stopped playing this game a long time ago, but I keep myself updated on the forums.

u need minimum 2mb upload , and good pc dude , that can be the reason why it laggs or quality is bad .

OBS doesn't support full screen game streaming YET. The guy developing it has confirmed it is coming. It's a billion times better than Xsplit as it uses WAY less resources. You're going to need at least a quad core CPU and upload of about 4MB or so.
