Clan system revamp

make it so leaders can trade players like a slave/trade system for zp or other members, leaders can only be Captain + ranks, with honorable ribbons, the zp earned from trading players will go into clan bank where exclusive gear can be given to team mates or to be spent on purchasing another player, the incentive to be a player for a team teams will be required to wager a certain amount of GP for every match, who ever wins takes all and is split upon the participants how sick would that be, matches will have be to scheduled ahead of time through leaders only and will be watched by an official clan match ref. also players can not simply leave a clan to join another, they would have to either be traded or removed by the leader, they would be under a sort of contract.

also clans will be required to play teams in their tier so GP just can't be farmed playing worse teams, to enter this you will have to purchase 20K zp for a ticket (only through purchasing)

If the classic clan system would still exist, ie this would only be an option, and players agree to get in such clans, then why not? It would satisfy very competitive players and chill players wouldn't be affected.

I don't think the trade will work because the player traded will always have the option to leave the other clan and join back the regular clan. If either or both of those scenarios occur, the clan trading for the player would get screwed over. The idea about wagering GP is good though imo

i don't think z8 is interested in holding contracts and all that mess, though. the player traded could always get traded and then play on a different account until their supposed "contract" ends.

Players can not leave a clan, they are under a contract, depending on the contract, the player can not leave unless kicked or re-traded, or forfeit leave which is a 45 day penalty for the player, can not rejoin a clan in this period, and the zp is awarded back to the clan that purchased(if the player leaves while under contract), if a player is caught forfeit leaving more than twice they are suspended for the season, the season is 1 year and cost 20K ZP, at the end of each season a there will be a play off system bracket for each tier, awards will be handed to the winners by Z8 in this tournament


the registration would be through WOGL, alt accounts can be spotted through WOGL,

also if the team that traded a player does not have the sufficient funds to give back to the other team that needs to refunded (the team will be suspended until funds are given)

and of course the regular clan system would still exist

I mean, I would never get a contract because I have the tactical skills of a demented racoon, but hey...

there are 4 tiers to cater to all skill sets

bronze - novice

silver - average

gold - pro

platinum - hardcore (this would be introduced the 2nd season, only players and teams that participated anywhere from quarterfinals and on would be allowed to participate in this tier) however, players in this bracket can only move down to gold rated teams to avoid complete domination, players and teams in other tiers can move up through win loss ratios but only up to gold

too much, but doens't list any....

this isn't for "family clan like setting" you can stick to your regular server for that, if you don't want to be traded then play well, the leader wouldn't want to trade a good player because they will win more games = more gp, if you're bad then you deserve to be traded.
