New patch affecting ping

well basicly i use to get a ping of about 50 in uk servers but since this octaine patch my ping is anywhere between 150-400 its making the game rather unplayable and anoying. it has nothing to do with my internet becuase i have a high band width and this seems to be the only online game i have a high ping in.

While I would love to say that there is a concrete reason for this. There was virtually nothing changed with the release of the Octane Crate.

From a network perspective nothing was done on the servers, no network code was changed in game and in general it was just the unlock of the special crate.

I feel your pain as playing with a higher ping can suck, but from our perspective we never actually changed anything that would affect your ping. The servers are functioning perfectly fine and at the same capacity as they were 2 weeks ago.

Usually i play with 100 -120 ping in alpha server

Now, ping is 200-2000

thanks i am trying to understand my self beucase networks are nerly imposible to tell whats wrong, as i have a degree in them adn it is rather difficult. i think i will start testing soulutions using various sytems like game bosster and seeing if this affects my game play at all. if i manage to fix my ping i will reply with the soulution i have found but if your ping is high then check the ammount of data you are recive and make sure you arent downloading or that someone else is using your internet. there is ways to boost your bandwidth but if you dont know what your doing dont try, if you screw up your network or lan adapter its very hard to fix and can cost you allot. but like i said i will try to find a solution and tell you guys.

But...why ''most'' of the people having this problem then? Even me and my friends..?
Its a little bit annoying and unplayable for some..

Same problem!

I am suffering the same problem playing on bravoo serves ping 100 ~ 103 is now at 150 I wonder what do there ...
