ping problem ?

ok since the last patch always in the evening i have kinda alot of ping but i have normal
in the morning everything ok but then this is hepening its driving me crazy i want to quite crossfire just beacuse of it please help me

i dont have wifi interet
me and my sister sharing router but i dont think its because of it
my speed is 2.5
