Ways to boost FPS

I need some ways how i can boost my FPS since it drops to like 15-20 whenever im close to ppl. I dont have very good graphics card and I do use gamebooster but it doesnt help that much.. In-game settings i set everything to low but i need some other ways to boost my FPS please.

I would download nivdia or opengl cuz when i did that my fpps rose from 30 to 70.

whats your pc specs
