E8 Ranked WEEKEND MATCH LISTING!

CONTACT YOUR OPPONENT. MAKE SURE THEY HAVE A ROSTER POSTED. PLAY FOR POINTS. GET TEAMS ACTIVE IN RANKED MATCHES.

Once we get a steady number of teams actively playing Ranked e8 matches we will start announcing events within the league such as weekend tournaments, bonus point matches, and League playoffs which will be held at the end of Season 1. If all goes well I plan to run e8 Ranked as a continuous league which will host various tournaments and playoffs within the e8 ranked system. These WEEKEND MATCH UPS are part of the pre-season schedule and sign ups will be extended for a week or 2 longer because we will be working on promoting the league to gather more teams as well as making the prizes significantly better.

Thanks for supporting what I hope to be a great league and we will be having PRIZED PLAYOFFS at the end of this league season. This is a 100% guarantee. It's any map that you want. It's basically like a scrim except everyone has to record and you get points every time you win.

Anthony, Zilla told me to sign you up under the name standout and he posted a roster, but matches aren't required they are just encouraged.

Ive also added NEWS and OFFICIAL RESULTS pages to the league website so I will also be posting updates on there as well as z8 forums.
If you have played a match and the results do not go onto the OFFICIAL RESULTS page on the website please contact me because this means your score is either under dispute or has not been properly reported.
I am currently working with GM Saidin to promote the league and provide better prizes for the league. So sign ups will be extended for at least a week as I hope to have an Official League Announcement Via GM Saidin this week to try and draw in more teams.

I really don't get what you're trying to do
people can setup their own matches AND play the matches you setup?
so if a team played 16 matches and wins 10 of them (scoring 10 point) they would place 1st despite a team winning the matches you setup or?
if not then what's the point of the point system

only way I see this happening is if you're trying to do 2 separate things.

The point of the setup matches is just to encourage playing different teams, I believe.

The match ups for NOW will be for the same points because we are trying to grow the league before we make any big changes. in the future however Some schedules will be for more points than regular matches. At this early on stage we are trying to get every team signed up to actively participate in ranked Matches.
