I think of it in a different way.
It's unhealthy, it could literarly kill you, it's an addiction, and it's forbidden in my religion (For these obvious reasons) (Anything that could destroy your body, or make you lose your sanity is forbidden in Islam ( Drugs / smoking / drinking / etc. ))
And I'm perfectly healthy, and alive this way -

I'm not an athlete anymore due to my knee problems, and I haven't started with tobacco, so I didn't get into cigarettes, and stopped everything because I didn't want to spend my money (I'm very greedy
).
I don't hate it, but I don't want to smoke ever again, so I won't get caught in it. -

I currently have a tendinitis, and I keep having these, so I try not to strain my knee too much. That means that when I play, I don't go all out, and currently, I'm not playing/running... not even walking for a long time. I'm already in pain when I gotta stay up for hours during oral sessions. -
