Compabilility Issues

Is crossfire incompatible with Windows 7 Ultimate cause am unable to connect to any host server!. Before I enter the game, a message appear and it says windows aero seems to be incompatible with G4Box thing and when i try to join any match, "Failed to connect to host Server" So my question is, Is it because Crossfire is incompatible with Windows 7???
