This is a great idea, but lets be real here, without some kind of software you will NEVER be able to do it..unfortunitely, unless you're dedicating that much time off your day for this, sooner or later you would want some admins to help you. That whole each team asking for bandicam due to disputes is already hard as it is.

I will be working on creating sort of a basic website today. It will include rankings, Rules, Announcements, and whatever other information deemed necessary. I will not be using software to run the league it will be all manually done by my self with maybe a few staff members who I will pick soon. My main goal isn't catching cheaters, because people will always try to cheat no matter the client. By doing this I am hoping the community will build trust between teams therefore making the amount of "hackusations" and related waste of time drama go away.
Going by the numbers of teams able to participate now the league will start with 12 teams. And after a week break in to 3 tiers each with 4 teams: 4 Intermediate, 4 Advanced, 4 Elite.
The full League guidelines will be posted either today or tomorrow. If anyone is interested in helping me run this let me know, but I have no problem doing it alone. With more staff we could update stats more often i.e. Daily vs Weekly.
Thanks for those of you showing interest. I will be making this happen, and hope to host prize playoffs in each tier sometime early next year if the league goes smoothly. To cut down on forum drama between teams hackusating a bandi or fraps request will need to be made directly to the player you want the recordings from PRIVATELY. If they do not respond to your request, then you will need to contact a League admin and it will be handled accordingly.
We do only have around 12 Teams at the moment, So spread word in the community and see if we can get this league up to 24 teams. Thanks again for all your interest in support in making this league work out, Your constructive feedback and positive feedback is appreciated. -

Maybe you should add like a monthly ZP award or "prize" for the MVP of each winning team in the tier? (I'll see if I can help you with that
)
Also I think WCG rules are unnecessary, I mean you should allow some more GP guns rather then having the same rules when WCG only comes once a year. Even allowing skins for guns would be nice (AWM-Camo
), this can give as a wide variety of weapon choices rather then just the same guns over and over again. -

On the site
- You added a 5 at the end of m700
- Are wcg weapons allowed?
- You should add more guns, such as mateba.
- Are spam spots allowed?
- Is colored name/chat allowed?
- Are single man boosts allowed?
- Why does everyone have to save replay? oO
I Will edit the m700 error.
Wcg guns are ok as long the regular version of that weapon is on the allowed weapons list.
I may add the Colt and mateba to secondaries and a few other primaries but its undecided right now.
Spam spots are allowed (Dont over abuse them thought, its annoying lol).

Only 1 replay per team is needed. But all must record on Bandi or Fraps With a minimum of 10 fps and sound. -
