Gun Guide Part 2: A Summary
In a previous post I've made a guide that helps understanding why you will choose a certain gun over another, and in which situation.

This is also a small graph that completes the guide with good hints.
Choosing a gun is not about killing, all guns kill. So it's about "killing faster" than your enemy. But there is not a gun that kills fast in all ranges, some guns will better in long, and others in short ranges.
And what is it that decides how fast you kill the enemy?
- The most common sense will tell you it's the rate of fire (ROF), or the speed of shooting. But then you will notice that usually the more ROF gets higher, the more accuracy and/or power gets lower.
So to kill faster you have to have a good package of:
1. Low Bullet Spread (vertical/horizontal) Accuracy (refer to old post for more info).
2. High Rate of Fire
3. Consistent Fire pattern
4. High Power per Hit
What is my concept of "Body Count Penetration"?
- It is your ability to kill several enemies standing in a row behind each other with double penetration bullets.
What will decide if the gun has higher penetration or lower penetration?
- It will be either the Power is very high, so it will penetrate and kill several bodies together, or the accuracy/rate of fire together is high (in close or long range).
Translating the Graph:
1. Guns that are best in short range kill-time, will have low accuracy, high bullet spread and high power.
2. Guns that are best in long range kill-time, will have high accuracy, low bullet spread, and above average power.
3. Guns that are best for several enemy body penetration will have high power or high ROF, low accuracy, and high bullet spread.
What about the shooting style?
If the gun is static, it means your will most likely hit the target if you were standing still when you are shooting, or moving forward instead of side-ways. Otherwise if it is dynamic, it will be better you were moving sideways.
So basically each gun should be mastered according to its shooting style because otherwise the bullet fire pattern will always miss the target. Although the scar-light has a very good accuracy, but if you move sideways it will more often fail you. Whereas the K-2 is completely opposite to this. The M4 is both static and dynamic, but it will lack body count penetration due to it's low power.
I hope this helps you. If anything is not clear.. feel free.
