Patch Notes 21-11-2012 - Theatre of War Update!

That ribbon wasn't worth it. I got over 25 client errors on that map, never playing it again. (I don't like desertations and 25 in 1 day was a first for me)

I had 4 hours and 55 mins.... The page wouldn't reload my last match minutes and now the event is over. But I technically got over 5 hours before 11:59 PM EST. I sent a support ticket right away. Would it reward automatically? or am I screwed? ._.

I believe that there would be that next day automatic check, but then again it hasn't been specifically stated to have that.

Sorry on no official wording on this. You'll just have to wait and see for tomorrow on what the GMs will do.

Thanks anyways (: I'll just take a picture of the 4 hours and 55 mins for proof in support ticket. I'm pretty sure they're not heartless. Will cross my fingers until tomorrow!

I got EXACTLY the same problem! I just had no time yesterday to click on "Check" ont he Event page...

GM, no updates yet for windows 8 compatability, i've been downloading at the start of the game patches to patches for almost three days, and the messages are all the same, i've uninstall it and re-install it for 3 times. need solution pls.

"YOUR CLIENT IS OLD VERSION. RE-INSTALL THE LATEST VERSION GAME CLIENT".

Hmm... my internet cut out just when I was about to finish my 5th hour. Why is there no way to check your event status after the fact?

Regarding my issue, I believe there was an automatic check and I got my ribbon.

I'm a little late for this, and it has probably been said at least once in this 29 page thread, but this map has very, very little resemblance to an actual theater. I'm a little disappointed...

Shouldn't be a problem. I dc'ed at lest 20 times in this event and time counted. If you haven't got it yet I'd say you fell short in the time.

1st download the Cf Installer from official web installer http://crossfire.z8games.com/downloadS2.aspx (if u can't disable ur antivirus protection)

2nd Disable ur antivirus protection

3rd Install and patch the game

4th Play
