I spend 2300 BP trying to reset both kills/deaths and wins/losses today around 2AM, and it didnt happen. can anybody tell me why?

Frst of all, wrong section.

Go to item mall --> my items --> and activate it. That is it.

Go to my items when you are in the mall. Then activate the item that you bought.
