New League/Tournament
Was looking to make a Winter Project to launch a League for multiple FPS games including Cross Fire. I would create a similar league/tournament as ESEA. Looking into purchasing a large dedicated server.
The Anti-Cheat:
-I'm looking for a coder on a Freelance website
-Would have to be booted up before Cross Fire where the user logs in
-After the user logs in it would minimize to the sidebar on the bottom right hand corner
-After it is minimized a randomly generated password is created and is encrypted to lock the Anti-cheat from being tampered with
-The password will have a designated time amount before the password is changed again
-The player can turn off the Anti-Cheat by simply logging off Cross Fire and double right clicking the Anti-Cheat to terminate the program
In-Game:
-As soon as the player joins in game, the Anti-Cheat will start recording at a decent quality where it can be viewed later on and yet not slow down the player's game play.
-Also, screenshots will be taken at rotated time intervals (1 SS at 5 seconds, then 1 in 2 minutes, then 1 at 10 seconds, etc.)
-The video and screenshots will be streamed to our dedicated servers where it will be stored for a few set designated days for a report of hacking or glitching before it will be deleted off the server permanently.
PUGs
-Player clicks on the "Join a PUG" option. It will connect the player to a room on the program where he/she will wait for players to join on their side and the opposing side. If a player leaves the game another player waiting to join a PUG will take his spot.
-After the PUG is over the players will be shown an option to join the PUG lobby to search for another PUG or to go back to casual game play.
-Once a PUG is created and all 10 players are found one of the players will create the room with a password and send it to his team mates and the opposing team. (There will be a CF IGN game next to each player's user name for whispering info).
Scrims
Basically the same thing as the PUG system but it will have a Join a scrim option/choice.
Tournaments:
-Depending on the amount of players we get there should be 1 every month or 3 weeks. The prizes can range from GP codes, ZP codes, cash, or gaming gear.
Staff:
Will need staff to run this, not sure if I have to pay people or if some good hearted people who like this community will volunteer (of course there will be rewards in the future)..
Cost:
Since this is the same as ESEA, how much should the cost be?

Not the tournament. I'm looking at something similar to ESEA where you pay on a month to month basis that will allow us to set you up with a 10-15 man mumble server (comes with the membership), access to your own private MineCraft servers, Counter Striker: GO servers, etc. And you'll receive up to date information on days of tournaments, massive PUGs with prizes or leagues. -
Aren't you like 16? Where are you going to get the money from?
Sorry, but every time I see one of your posts, I can't but help think of that whole ordeal with SportMunzta's ZP clan lololol
Ahah I was like 12 or 13 back then and I can't remember the clan name but dang everyone was so gullible back then. And it's not just me it's me and my friends along with some partners who will help knock down the costs of running this organization. -
So let me get this straight, because you lost me. You are making a whole new server for a community to use. A server just like Alpha, Bravo, etc?
No, it is a program designed for people who pay for the membership only (still an undetermined cost). In the program, there will be a button under the option Join where a player can chose to find a PUG, a scrim with his team against another, or a tournament lobby, etc.. Also it'll have an anti-cheat encoded within it to stop hackers and keep our members with legit players.. Hope I explained that right. Once the players get paired up in a PUG or scrim it's up to the players to discuss where to make the room, it just makes finding one more easy. -

So you're going to have it inter graded within CF in game? -

Kind of, just buy the membership, install the client, log in onto it, it'll disappear into the sidebar where it'll be password locked until the game is closed. Otherwise the main menu to join games and other items will still be available for access. But technically yes as it will be running as CF is running too.
