  • This had been an issue since forever.
There won't be a server in Middle East, not unless they acquire the right to do so.

There are only problems in UK Servers and they´re not able to use CFEU because Egypt is in Africa.

Something stopping you from playing CFEU? Because the UK servers are farther away from Egypt then the EU servers are. You should get a good ping of 40-60 in EU, I play with a 69 ping in NA servers just fine.

    then
u mean that they cant and will not make an arabian server ever ? or,, until the gaming market at this region becomes high ?

u know . i played alot of online games . and i always suggest an arabian server and half of them usualy agrees .

but the idea of " gaming market " is kind new for me .

and yes ., when i created this topic i was thinking like a company owner . so it will be okay for me if u created a server or didnt . i was just trying to get the final answer at this thing because alot of egys been sharing the news about creating a server for them the last few weeks . so i had to make this topic to know the situation .

Gaming markets to the industry are areas of similar culture and ideals.
The 3 big gaming markets are Asia, North America, and Europe; all 3 made more then 20 Billion in revenue last year.

The Middle East and South America have done poorly for a few reasons. First reason being the economy in those regions are still growing and haven't made high enough demand to make culture translated games profitable yet. The second reason is those areas have a very high rate of digital piracy meaning sales in those regions will be to low for profit in till it is put into check. A third reason for the Middle east is that the people there are very easily offended and very vocal at any perceived offense that the gaming industry doesn't want to take the risk of angering them accidentally. But this for store bought games, Z8 has different issues like where they can put the server and who manages it as well as getting the license to host the server in the first place.

They can't put up a sever that easily because of the people's conservative behavior in Middle East?

Z8 doesn't face that problem, but you never know.
This is a game based on Police units countering terrorist, so there is a chance of offense.
I was talking about the gaming industry as a whole and not just Z8.

If Z8 believes it be profitable then they most likely will try and get a server there.

I have friends from Egypt who aren't hackers. Care to differ?
  • racist ignorant wiggers trying to be political when clearly they lack the mental capacity for it

    lets close this.
if an egyptian server is launched, you will be informed.
meanwhile, we'll keep this thread as proof that people want the server.

thank you for your suggestion and discussion.
