MOD/GM For Rookie Server

Every time i'm in ''rookie server'' with an alt i see a cheater. My point is that, why not have a GM/MOD patrolling rookie server?

The amount of GMs needed to effectively patrol for hackers is quite high not to mention the amount of money it would take.

MODs have no in-game power.

Surely the amount of ZP that i put into this game to pay gm saiden's monthly house bills is quite a lot. I'm sure that wouldn't be a hassle.

MODs don't patrol any server.
They don't got in-game power at all.
