I got something named CrossFire Coupon on black market, but what is that? I can't find it anywhere in my intervory! Plz help me, i really wanna know what is that, im newb.

go to ur black market and go to ur owned crates its at the bottom you save them up for sertin weapons that u can buy them with
like i beleave that 100 coupons gives you a gold ak-47
and so on and so forth

GP crates don't give much coupons.
ZP crates give 1 or 2 at least.

I bought 20 crates and got the m4 custom in the 14th
got the deagle camo after 1 crate.
