Looking for small clan + relaxed/no raging

Dear CrossFire Clans,
I am currently looking for a clan that is small, and is calm/no raging. I have vent/no mic., but I do pretty good in S&D (usually 2.0+). I have also played CS for 1-2 years... soo yeah. My friend told me to make a thread here to find a clan, sooooo here I am.
PS: I want a clan to play S&D pubs / scrims with clan mates, so that when I kill a clan member of another clan, I don't get kicked like 200 times.
