How can I polish/improve my skills(GM)? IF!...

How can I polish/imporve my skills if people keep kicking me??
When i was really new here at CF, my skills were already average..
Not that good but not that NOOB like most of the players here.. (for those who are not, don't worry.. that's not you)..
I only play GR in GM, and i reached my current level just playing GR in GM..
I want to imporve my skills more playing GR and to reach the level were I can be on par with the pro's playing as BL..
I experienced playing with pro's who are really good with being ghost, and they are really good.. I hope NOOBS just try to learn from those guys (either side) and try to recognize real skill (in-born or from blood and sweat from playing/experience) and not misjudge it as hack.. -- I realized that my skill were still NOT ENOUGH!.. sigh.. sad but true..

*Skill is a SIN* here ;( *Being a NOOB is TRENDY* O_O omg.. lol

What I suggest/like..
BIG MOUTH ACCUSER SHOULD ALSO BE BANNED!! They are as bad as HACKER.. why?
--> they abuse the Voting System..
--> they misuse the Voting System..
--> they DUMBUSE the Voting System..
OR LET'S JUST REMOVE THE VS PERMANENTLY!
--> if there's a hacker.. just report and IP BANNED them..

but someone told us, when we're saying that we'll report him for hack and game crash if kicked.. he told us " ..go ahead and ip banned me.. i'll just change my IP coz it's ______ IP.." I forgot the word he use.. not static IP.. meaning.. he can play again using same computer but he's just going to change his IP or something (network configuration) even though he's IP banned and play again on the server.. how annoying.. PLEASE GM, DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS IP BANNED..

OT - what should I do now? it's annoying pretending to have an average skill or pretending to be one of them, noob.. any DECENT advice?

I feel you, dude. But IDK what could be done it's just that's the way it is as for now. I try to play with friends and clan mates so we protect each other from rookie kicks however it is not always possible. The sad thing is that even now in this hack-less time there are qq-ers or some rookie flooding the chat "hack hack". Some people just don't know how to play GM and in the beginning everything is a hack for them. I always say "Learn the game 1st then call me hack". And I've seen "f11 he bunny"!!! I can post the screen too. Sad thing.
