Why can you join a room when it's almost finished?

This is so annoying!
I just joined a room SnD where it was 12-12, I couldnt play one single second since I joined to late.
So my question to z8 staff will be, why can you join a room when it is like 10 seconds left of the game or 12-12 and you can't play.
Shouldnt there be a limit when you can join? Lets say you can't join when it's 1 minute left of a game, and when it is 12-12 and you can't play.
Makes sence to me ..

They should actually do it like they do zm and escape modes. it tells you what round or half it is.

no because when the round is shows then the people wont join the team that got less points.
everyone gonna wait to join the team with the most points.

It would be hard to put a limit on it cause what if the score is 12-1 (round-wise) and the teams are stacked? What if the losing team start coming back? No one can enter until the game is over. If the teams were stacked, a team could've joined, in the 30 seconds you have to spawn, and won the game in a come-back. So idk. Just seems to me like it would be hard to go about that in a way that makes it fair for everyone o.O


I'd just say deal with it or deal with the desertion.

In my opinion, I think it'd be nice if they put a limit to when you could join too! If it was like about 3 rounds in out of 5, 5 rounds in out of 7, 7 rounds out of 9, 9 rounds out of 13, you couldn't join anymore. That would be really good I agree!
