First thing you have to understand is that even if you are a very good shot, we don't need more. We already have a solid line-up of players. Not only that, but if we could we would have the starting five in every match. So basically you would not play often seeing as how we only really like to 5v5 and let the older members play rather than the newer ones. So basically you are trying to join into a clan only for the clan tag and the pubs. Trio is a group of friends and although we like to expand that, we don't need more scrimmers. We haven't needed any for ages.

Next, it takes a lot of time to judge if a player is good. We also don't like telling people they are not good enough to play with us, as it seems kinda mean. We would have to 1v1 or 2v2 some players to see how they are shooting wise, then we would need to take them into some scrims to see how they play there. That is based on not only how well they shoot, but how they communicate and play as well. Next comes the attitude, we have kicked a few people not because they were necessarily bad, but because they were annoying or negative.

So if you really think it is worth both our time and yours, then be my guest. Otherwise you might want to find a more active scrim team.
