I doubt they are ever going to change it. You can buy it temporary in BP Mall, chances are low you will ever be able to buy it in a permanent version.

its sold in zp for days, BP forever is what i think it should be

I prefer AWM RD. You can buy the temp one in BP if you'd like. The perm used to be in ZP shop so no I don't think they should convert it to bp now.
