- Sensitivity
You must choose your own sensitivity. Try out some different levels of sensitivity and see how they work for you. I would strongly suggest choosing above 60 percent sensitive because you need to move fast to the head but you need to make sure you have full control at whatever level you choose.
Mine is currently set to 50.

Pretty good but idk how you play. I use all the same settings and turn off/lower others. Also the sensitivity depends on the mouse's DPI. Mine is sens: 10 DPI: 1000, and I pick off heads quite easily. But it really depends on who the person is.
Turning on shadow helps too.

Do you keep your mouse sensitivity high?
I could never use 4 with my mouse space and sensitivity.
Idk then, maybe your mouse has a really low dpi? That or your windows sens is set really low because most of the people I've asked have sens 0-16.
Not quite sure what my dpi is, since I'm using a microsoft wireless mouse and nowhere could I find the dpi
