ACL? What is it?

Hello, It's SynicalZ. And Over the few days I have been thinking of making a Crossfire League. The name will be called, American/canadian Crossfire League. ACL.
Just a big overview of what this will be like is this:
1) Mostly an ESL of Crossfire which means their are going to be matches that give points and if you win you gain points. If you loose, you loose points.
2) Once a month there will be tournaments of the first 5 teams that sign up. The winner gets bragging rights and there team gets 10-50 extra points. There will be prizes when I get more money in my hands also
3) You can challenge a clan/team when ever you want by sending clan battle invite which will be on the website.

This is mostly like Pugg's but you will have to supply your own vent so mostly this is going to be for clans that want to scrim American's and Legit American's

YES I KNOW ABOUT WOGL. THIS IS JUST FOR THE SMALLER PEOPLE.

The rules to signing up and battling will follow the follow.
1) EVERY person that is Battling must growler/hyper cam/fraps EVERY match. Once they do that they must send it to me on the forums in a big .zip file of all the players.
2) When signing up to be part of ACL. You MUST show a screen shot proving you are from the U.S.A or Canada. To do this you can go to http://www.speedtest.net/ and taking screenshot of where your ISP is. Very easy to do. no showing I.P or anything that will harm your computer.

The Clan Battles will be along these:
1) Spop is aloud, armour is not.
2) No glitching bomb
3) Two halfs of 7 or 9 rounds
4) The captains of team must attend a flip coin that will decide the map. EX: Tails- BW Heads- EE.

This is just a small little rap of what I'm thinking. Hope you guys support my idea. :).
