Problems buying ZP

I try to purchase ZP with a paysafe card but when i click the 10,000zp option it just says:
Paysafecard Preparing ......
with a spinning logo on top. It stayed like that for 2 hours before i just closed the window...

help me please.

it would be best to post a support ticket so the support team can look into it and i think there may be a sticky about it somewhere on the forum you should go try and find one and post a support ticket if you cant find one
