Found ur first mistake 5K xp each day - Rules say 2.5K each day.
1. No Hack/Glitch
2. No NOOB's
3. No Insulting or swearing
4. Be active or cya
5. Respect your friend's LT's and Leader
6. TeamSpeak 3! (recommended)
7. 2500 EXP (Minimum the day)

Also, 18k exp per week? How do you expect your members to no-life this game like that? Good luck, but I think your rules seriously need some revision, as all they do right now is heavily encourage farming. -

He said it's actually 5k exp per day per member he just has not updated it yet.
