congrats to carnage. they were the better team.

cant belive c2 ditched roth last minute, then put up that kind of performance at lan.. nice job ya french fcks. maybe ya wouldve won if you stuck out with roth and pete? probably the highlight of my weekend was watching them not win a match.(ya i know my weekend was lame)

gj to all other teams there though!

anyone have any idea if wcg will pick cf up again next year?

most teams are not willing to travel to Canada from US and to US from Canada. Thats why only 9 teams participated in my opinion.
But there is defintely an increase in competitive teams.
Look at the LPK cup 32 teams... Thats alot!

Plus, it's kind of idiotic to say that "only 9 teams went to lan," when there weren't too many teams invited. Most that could've gone was probably like 15-20 and how many out of those truly thought they could beat or even compete against HT, PDF, LL, Carnage, etc?

Only a limited amount were invited + some of the invited teams either didn't have enough money to travel or knew they weren't gonna beat HT/HRG so didn't bother.

not really only 7 were invited for usa and how many showed 5 out of 7 thats really good considering 3 of them had to pay to go

only 3 were invited to us ca and 4 showed so yeah
