Some server changes?

Here are my server suggestions:

The +5% GP Servers | I think the following servers are to have this feature

US West | Competetive players play there
Alpha | Most active
Clan | If a clan wins/loses, they should earn a extra +5% GP due to their hard work at winning for their clan
UK Clan | ^

The Ranked Servers (Where you have to be Staff Sergeant or higher and all that crap) | I think the following servers are to have this feature

US West | Staff Sergeant or higher
Echo | Staff Sergeant or higher
Foxtroct | Master Serg or higher

Speculate

Competitive players should stay in e8.

The rank requirements aren't that necessary in my opinion. Just 1 or 2.
