Changing resolution in menu

Hello guys.
I haved a problem with blue screen of death while chatting, but when I changed to my correct resolution it got fixed.
But, the menu has a "static" resolution, causing me to get a blue screen of death if I say something.
This goes to suggestions, and also to technical support.
All the things that I know have been tryed.
