last time i purchased zp i bought 70 crats of C.axe Royal Daragon and it didnt even show up so i felt that its waste of money if purchase zp and nothing comes out even after 70 crates and the next day i spent 350K Gp on thompson and D.E camo and also didnt have it iam upset with that . and i thought of leaving CF. BUt i said may be the GM helps me out with this bad luck.

It's still luck until you know the exact pattern.

I know your feeling, but I learned my lesson. Spend only so much you're willing to loose and don't feel bad afterwards.

Also in my experience "frustation-spinning" isn't going to help you, because it decreases your luck to zero.

The BM is all luck. It's a gambling game. When you do invest in crates you're agreeing to take the risk of not winning the "best" item. No where does it guarantee that you will win that item, no matter how much you spend. You could, in theory, spend thousands of dollars and lose, or spend $10 and win.

So the GMs will not be able to give you any of the items, refund you, compensate, etc. We've all been here before, the main thing is just to know the risk you're taking from now on when buying crates.

The Black Market is just like the casino, if you have luck, you win, if you don't the supervisors can't help you with your luck. With that being said, GMs cannot change the way your luck works on Cross Fire.
