What Gun Should I Get?

I play mutation mode, hero mode, and hero mode x a lot and i was wondering about what gun I should get. I have 80k and Im sergeant 4. When I reach staff sergeant 1 I will get free 30k and that will get me up to 110k and I don't know what gun to get. I'm thinking about getting the colt m16a3 lmg for 60k when I reach staff sergeant 1. Then I will be left with 50k then im thinking of buying the desert eagle for 35k. That gives a balance of 15k extra left. So is this a good strategy or is there some better way? Thanks.

Colt is pretty nice for mm,hm I know that cause I use it also. If you like that combo Colt M16/Deagle then go for it. It's your choice.
