xtrap error

i am getting xtrap error 10-0300-800c-0006-104 and i cant figure out how to fix it. I have norton anivirus. I have added all of crossfire and xtrap to all exception and scan lists. i have deleted all xtrap files and reinstalled them i have deleted an re installed crossfire dozens of times also. after the error code it says the access to x trap patch server is unstable or xtrap update wasnt able to run properly. please restart game.

Have you tried to uninstall and re install with Norton disabled? Sometimes disabling your antivirus will fix these common issues. Then add the whole Z8 games file to youe exceptions list.
