Cannot create nickname.

i already tried 100ish times to create a nickname but it always gets stuck whenever i press the confirm button. i tried putting cross fire on avast's exclusions but still nothing happens. i tried reinstalling it 3 times and still it gets stuck at creating a nickname. i dont know what other people did but ive heard theres a few people who's experiencing the same problem. any help would be appreciated.
