Crates.
I had 13,000 ZP, and tried to buy a 10,000 Halloween crate. It said I had no credits. So I tried buying other crates. I bought 3 Combat Axe Crates bringing my total to 10,000 ZP overall. I come back after a relog, and I only had 6,000 ZP. Is this part of the ZP issue you're currently fixing?
