Video while playing ?

Grunts, I may be the oldest player in the game (62). As such my reaction time is nowhere near most of you youngsters. I see other players running, crouching, jumping, changing weapons, picking up weapons all in a matter of seconds. Most impressive ! I would really like to see a video of a senior player in action. A shot showing the keyboard, mouse and monitor would be the best. Anyone got something like this ?

If I had a camera I would, but that would also require me to clean my room......
