Teams
OK to help with teams improving and helping have more teams in cf. There is a few things I’ve learned about leading teams that might be of some use to those who are interested in creating and keeping a team together.
A dedicated leader and dedicated members, it helps to have to players on the same page that all want the same thing or have the same goal. For example go to WCG and win. The leader has to be decisive and able to end all disputes in a way the betters the team. It’s nice to have friends on your team because they're your friend and all that good stuff but sometimes you have to make decisions that might not be in favor of friendship and teams die over little disputes that could have been avoided just choose your team mates wisely, good players are willing to learn and listen no matter how great they are. some players are going to be stronger that others but if that player decides he’s too good to listen or do what the team does the team leader and team needs to understand that there are many other players you don’t need a stacked roster to be a top team so one person disrupting the teams flow no matter how amazingly he plays a leader has to make the decision to remove him and keep looking for a better fit for the team. The leader and members have to be patient, some teams will start out better than others but practice can always make up for natural talent… mostly. Wins and loses don’t matter it’s how you won and how you lost that matters watch for your own mistakes and watch for your team mates mistakes, because they might not always know what did wrong and to get to the goal of winning wcg you have to spare feelings sometimes and let them know what went wrong. Take criticizing from your teammates don’t get butt hurt if they tell you you’re faults just improve, if you’re on a team with someone and you see them do something wrong to fckin rage or troll them go at them with some kind of decency so they would know your serious and not just being an ass. There are a few exceptions but if you haven’t led a successful team and your team mates haven’t either there should only be one leader. Yes equality is nice but having 5 people try and lead a team whether it be strats, practice or just the team in general its way to confusing and it doesn’t help anyone let the members voice their opinions yes but the leader has to find the best way to lead the team. Everything else comes with you leading that team for a while, building a solid team, finding the right members, replacing members if need be finding your own play style tuning that play style adapting to your teams play style adapting to the opposing teams play styles. Having rules for situations that everyone follows including both leaders and members. I don’t mind helping people out if anyone wants it and I’m sure there are other experienced players who wouldn’t mind helping as well.

uuh... I actually read it all and I fail to see the point of the thread.
you also said that "There is a few things I’ve learned about leading teams that might be of some use to those who are interested in creating and keeping a team together.", yet this seems to be more of an argument with predicted answers than anything else.
