How to disable your McAfee antivirus program
I know most of you may know how to do this but I was bored so I decided to make this guide anyway. And besides, this may be also useful for people who don't know how to disable their McAfee antivirus program. Now for those who wonder why would you disable it, the answer is simple. If you dont disable McAfee, you cant play crossfire because of this xtrap issue. Do you understand now? Good.:D
Lets Begin.
First, find the McAfee icon. Either go to Start/Programs/McAfee and click McAfee security center. Or just simply go to bottom right corner and you should see McAfee.
Now, click on Computer & Files.
Go to configure.
At the top you will see that the Virus protection is enabled. To disable it, simply click on the "off" circle thing and a window should pop up asking you for how long do you want to disable it. I usually put "after restart" in case
I forget turning it back on after I'm done playing cf.
And there you go!:D
Remember after you are done playing crossfire, make sure you switch the virus protection back on.
Hoped this helped.:)

Lol no need to unistall EI8, and that will make your windows unestable because you unistalled a component from windows that will delete some important dll's.
In the Mcafee just add the crossfire.exe to the exception list no need to disable all the antivirus -
