You can not become a GM for Corssfire. You can however apply to become a mod once the apps are out again, however that likely won't be for some time.
They will be on the forums when they are out, If you really want the spot, stay active and keep an eye out.

As opposed to being a mod, which is all fun and games.

Seriously though, GM's are proper company employees that have a regular 9 to 5 job. Moderators are selected from the community and trusted by the company to help maintain the forum and patrol the game.

With a Gm Brazil that would be much easier to ban people who use hacker
