It's easy! I'll bullet it for you!

• pay your players well (like $500 a month is standard for decent teams)
• find good sponsors (BenQ, nvidia, AMD, intel, red bull, steelseries, razer, plantronics, KFC, Acer, Home Depot)
• attend LANs & compete in tournaments
• be known in the community (either be the team everyone loves to hate or the team everyone hates. its easier to be the one everyone loves to hate...all you have to do is have Erick on your team, but he demands a really high salary [over $1k a month!!])
• be willing to adjust to market conditions (commodities were doing well in the past years but recently the real eastate market has been picking up after the bank loan crisis)
• buy low - duh
• sell high - duh
• you can't teach an old dog new tricks
• don't look at the cup as empty or full - just be glad there is water in it
