Play full screen on win 7

I got HP 25" 1080p with WINDOW 7 (64 bit home pre ) , and i can't play fullscreen CF on this ?
they show about 4/5 screen on my screen??
Any help ??

go in game and go to your options and find the resolution size for the game and put it to its highest setting and try that
