Windows 7 blue screen

Hello, yesterday we have a problem with windows 7 later the x-tray update. today its fixed. now, i got the problem again, in 3min. i got 2 blue screen and restart computer, this is **** my computer and i want to know when the staff will fix this? i cant play again, please, i want to play.
