It was a server problem. You say they are disorganized, yet they were right on top of fixing it. You should be giving them mad props. They are on top of things. They do an amazing job, and if you disagree, there is always an uninstall button.

They are on top of it. Not every company is God perfect. Cut them a little slack. This rarely happens. They are working on it, if you can read. I still can't tell why you think it is disorganized. They are working on it, and applying the patches as we speak.
