neither are perm, regular m4adv is what you paid zp for, is from blackmarket. they both expire sooner or later

My AWM-C has a next to it, yet it's perm. My SG552 has no next to it, yet it's temporary. go figure. lol.

One way to tell is if you go to "Storage" after you launch the game.
The weapons that will expire will have the amount of time left on the gun written in the window of the gun
